To the bright sun and the murmuring waves
My heart leaps in anticipation of love
If I push my hair back and wink
I am drawn to your shyness
Sanba sanba the love I targeted
Sanba sanba I won't let it get away

It's fate, our meeting
The rhythms which make our hearts pound
If I let my dress waver while stepping to the dance
Your eyes shine
Sanba sanba a love is always
Sanba sanba serious

The sandy beach so hot we might burn ourselves
Our excited hearts, the two of us in love
The red lips, if I throw a kiss
You are head over heels in love with me
Sanba sanba the love I targeted
Sanba sanba I won't let it get away

Sparkling embers flutter to the ground at the omizutori*
Yet again, I recall us parting that day
Promising to return he faded away
I'm about to break down from the loneliness
Please hold me right now
Tears water the moss Nigatsudō**

The moon rises over Mount Mikasa
Are you also seeing it from somewhere?
My heart yearns for the warmth
I walk feeling the biting night wind
I wish I could forget
Your face wavers, Ukimidō***

A sliver of a shadow, even lips
I won't allow anyone else
Flowers bloom for such a short time
Even if the flowers fall, I won't have any regrets
Please hold me right now
I will believe and wait, Nigatsudō**

*Omizutori is a Japanese Buddhist ceremony, the last act in the annual Shuni-e ceremony.
**Nigatsudō is a building in the famous Japanese temple Tōdai-ji.

Aoi Kaori(葵かを里)

After debuting in 2005 with "Dream Harbor(夢みなと Yume Minato)," the residents of Aoi Kaori(葵かを里)'s home town Kira City(吉良町) in Aichi Prefecture bestowed upon her the title "Sightseeing Ambassador" in June of 2008.

She took and used blue (葵 Ao) in her stage name from the Tokugawa Family emblem.

Her traditional Japanese dance teacher has given her permission to take on a stage name. She chose and uses the name Fuyō kaori(芙蓉かを里) when performing these traditional dances.

She also is a shihan(master instructor) for Japanese flower arrangement and for the Japanese tea ceremony.
