Mogamigawa Tsukasa(最上川司)

Mogamigawa Tsukasa(最上川司) appeared on the karaoke contest sponsored by the Yamgata Television System Inc.(山形テレビ Yamagata Terebi) when he was three years old.

In the first year of his high school, he sung the enka "Brother's Ship(兄弟船 Kyōdai Bune)" at the school sponsored cultural festival.

He made his professional debut as a drummist for the Japanese visual style rock band D‘espairsRay in 1999. The band performed in fifteen countries outside of Japan, but disbanded in 2011 after the lead singer's rare throat condition did not improve.

Tsukasa attemped to sing enka professionally after the band disbanded, but was not successful. He ended up becoming the drummer for the band THE MICRO HEAD 4N'S. The band held successful concerts in Germany, Russia, and Poland among others.

In 2015, he finally released his first solo enka album which reached the ninth spot on the Oricon enka chart the first week of its release.
