Shimizu Hiromasa(清水博正) is a completely blind enka singer. He became the grand champion of the NHK Amateur Singing Contest(NHK のど自慢 NHK Nodo Jiman) held in March of 2007. As a result, Gen Tetsuya scouted him, and he made is professional debut in 2008 from Teichiku Entertainment, Inc. with the single "Rain Love Love(雨恋々 Ame Renren)." He won the 41st Japan Cable Awards newcomer of the year award that year.
